All clubs are required to provide 1 named official only with an email address by this Wednesday for the Uneven Age Championships to be held in Santry Demesne this Sunday the 5th of November. ONLY the named officials will be admitted to the officials car park (Clonliffe club entrance) on the day. The main car park is available for spectators as is the car park in Santry Demesne. Parking on grass areas is strictly prohibited.

Attached are the results of the Dublin Even age Championships. Highlighted in light blue are the athletes who qualified to represent the County and those in dark blue will represent the Dublin Region with the first 10. Any withdrawals are highlighted in red. The first 6 in each category score. I will be submitting these teams in the next few days, so if any qualifier is not competing please let me know by return email. Qualifying teams are highlighted in yellow and should be submitted by your club competition secretary/secretary by clicking on the more info link below.

Entries close on Friday the 27th October at 23:59

Entry Fee: 5 euro. A payment MUST be made to complete the entry.

Please note that the online entry for the Junior & Senior races is also available on Entry4Sport at https://entry.athleticsireland.ie/#/entry?comporgid=77&compid=929 Entries will cose for the Senior and Junior races on 1st November at 23.00.

The U19's will run with the juniors and can score in both categories.Unfortunately, Fingal County Council will not permit club tents to be erected on the site.

Car Parking: There will be limited car parking in Santry Stadium. Alternative parking may be found in nearby industrial estates/business parks.

Stadium: Use of the track or toilet facilities is not allowed on the day.

Toilet Facilities: We will have a block of porta -loos on site that should cater for the numbers we are expecting.

All clubs MUST provide one named official to assist on the day by Friday the 27th of October.

Thanks to the clubs who have already sent named officials. May I remind all clubs, it is a condition of competition for all clubs to provide officials to assist. In this regard, I would be obliged if all clubs could send me the names of their officials by noon tomorrow with their email addresses, as I need to assign duties and issue them with a car park pass. I would also be obliged, if clubs who have already sent names to please confirm them and please include their email addresses.

ONLY listed officials will be permitted to park in the designated car park area(s) on the day, and should arrive at 8:30. Please check in with Seamus Flynn at the car park area. A list of officials and duties will be circulated, with additional information in the coming days.Please indicate if your officials are willing to remain on after the Dublin contests to assist with the National relays and Autumn Open contests on the day.

BIB NUMBERS

An appointed club official should collect and sign for the bib numbers which Shirley will have in envelopes at the check-in tent. These MUST be collected no later than 9:00 on the day. Pleaser make sure your athletes know the name of the club official who has responsibility for issuing the numbers., and PLEASE MAKE SURE THE ATHLETES ARE WEARING THE CORRECT NUMBER.

U18 numbers will not be in the club envelope. These are included with the Junior Autumn Open numbers and can be collected at the National check-in table.

Thanks to those who have confirmed they will assist with set up. Please meet at Abbotstown House (beside the course) at 12 noon on Saturday. Clubs might take the opportunity to set up tents on Saturday as access will be restricted on Sunday. Also, thanks to Celric DCH who have agreed to help with the take down on Sunday.
