Please find attached information for Day 4 - Relays. This information will be posted on our website and social media platforms. Each club MUST appoint an official or two (1 for boys and 1 for girls) to collect the bib numbers at the check-in desk before closing times in the information attached. Parents and athletes should be informed there is no need to go to the check-in desk. Please send the names of your officials for both days to Seamus by Thursday evening 22nd February at the latest. Please submit your Spraoi Games entries by that time too. If a club has a team of between 4 and 10 in any age group, only four of those athletes are selected for the relay. Only 1 relay team to run, irrespective of the number of athletes on the team.  An athlete who is a member of an U9 Spraoi team can't step up to an U10 Spraoi team for relay.
All clubs MUST provide 2 officials to assist with the Spraoi Games events. In addition, each team must have a chaperone (these are not officiating) to accompany the team. The chaperone can be an approved club official, parent or youth athlete over the age of 16.
Any queries or requests for information should be requested by club officials included in these communications, and not from parents or athletes.
